ProjectFlow compared

Many teams combine several tools: one for tasks, one for documentation, one for chat. This page shows which of these areas ProjectFlow covers itself, and where it connects to the tools a team already uses.

Connected rather than isolated

ProjectFlow works alongside other tools: a REST API, a built-in MCP server for AI clients, webhooks, an n8n node, and integrations for Slack, Discord, GitHub, GitLab and Sentry.

The products named here have their own strengths, editions and extensions. This page only describes what ProjectFlow brings itself. The best comparison is your own work: try it with a real project.

Some of these vendors also offer data centres in the EU. Where the vendor is headquartered does not change with that.
